Hardcopy - HARDCOPY@LISTSERV.VT.EDU
Hardcopy Instructions:
All correspondence on HARDCOPY is confidential and should never be forwarded to
anyone else.
Please make sure you have a “signature block” on any device you use to send messages
to the list so we can identify you.
To send a message to the HARDCOPY listserv after the list moves, you will need to
use the address: Hardcopy@listserv.vt.edu
If you are going on vacation and want your messages held send message to: listserv@listserv.vt.edu
with the words SET HARDCOPY NOMAIL in the text of the message.
If you want to permanently leave the list send message to: LISTSERV@LISTSERV.VT.EDU
with the words SIGNOFF HARDCOPY in the text of the message.
OR Send a blank email (no signature) to: HARDCOPY-signoff-request@LISTSERV.VT.EDU
Archives
You can use the listserv website to view the archives and/or change your settings.
You will have to set a server-level password to get started.
Setting A Server-Level Password
If you do not already have a password for the LISTSERV.VT.EDU server, we recommend
that you set one now.
A LISTSERV password is linked to your subscribed email address and is valid for
all lists to which you are subscribed on the LISTSERV.VT.EDU server.
The same password can be used for email commands as well as for access to the web
interface for the lists to which you are subscribed. To set your password for this
server, visit: http://listserv.vt.edu/cgi-bin/wa?GETPW1=
